Craigs communication is very good and consistent, which is just what you want with a construction job where lots of questions arise. Lads kept the place clean, they’re super friendly & even kept an eye on the dog when needed 👌🏼. 100% recommend to family and friends and have done this already. We’ll also be using Craig and teams services again in the near future.

We recently completed our extension project with CJ Smiths and overall had a positive experience. Their pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and communication throughout the project was good. Craig was responsive, easy to contact, and always willing to discuss any questions or changes along the way, which made the whole process smoother. One aspect we particularly appreciated was their support with a more complex part of the project. We had a bespoke cabinet with a fairly complicated sliding door system, and Craig and the team took the time to carefully study the manuals and work through the details with us. Thanks to their effort and patience, we were able to achieve the sliding doors exactly as we had envisioned. The team worked hard on the project and were cooperative when adjustments were needed. We appreciated their willingness to address points raised during the build. Overall, we are happy with the service provided and would be open to working with Craig and the team again in the future.
