5 most relevant · via GoogleVery disappointing and intimidating experience involving one of this company’s drivers driving a white CityFM van on the road between Haworth and Laneshaw Bridge (15/05/2026 approximately between 8am - 8.30am. After attempting to overtake due to the driver travelling at around half the speed limit, the driver became extremely aggressive, blocked the road, got out of his vehicle, and stormed over to my car screaming at me through the window, eyes and veins visibly bulging in anger. During the confrontation, he struck my wing mirror, leaving it knocked askew and cracked. The driver then continued brake checking me afterwards, creating what felt like a dangerous situation. I contacted the help desk to report the incident and was told the company “doesn’t have a customer service department” and that I should instead call the fleet number so the complaint could be raised with the driver’s line manager. After spending over 45 minutes trying to get through, nobody answered the call. Completely unacceptable behaviour from someone representing a company vehicle, followed by extremely poor handling of the complaint itself. Very disappointing customer service overall.
Following this van on the m1 for 10mins not once did he use indicators, cutting cars and lorries up. Seems most reviews on this company are for poor driving.
Their driver nearly caused a major accident on the M8 eastbound about 2.15pm, shocking event. The driver was in a city van driving behind a truck, when he suddenly pulled into the fast lane when a car was along side him. The car was forced to do an emergency stop to avoid the barriers which resulted in a mass line of cars emergency braking. Teach your drivers how to use mirrors, and drive properly.
1 of the most ignorant man I've ever come across parked in a pick up place in Morrisons refused to move for a disabled person utter disrespectful
Absolute goon of a driver who cut in front my 44t truck forcing me to avoid an accident! The other lorry is a witness and is also beeping at him. Drivers oblivious indicator stuck on for miles! Maybe on drugs or drunk. Not good publicity for Asda.
