Effective Stays Ltd Short Term Let & Serviced Accommodation Management

Winner winner! Cannot recommend Effective Stays Ltd and the property in Chester enough. We were a large family group and the townhouse was just perfect. We each had our own spaces and bathrooms and the kitchen diner and front room are welcoming and cosy for when we wanted to get together and play games. The property is in great condition, the furnishings are superb, it's a very modern feel which I personally loved and the parking across the street is the cherry on top. Tom at Effective Stay was friendly and very responsive. Overall an absolutely delightful experience and I will definitely be back if I'm to visit the area again in the future.

Fantastic experience for a short term stay. Having stayed in one of their properties over Christmas with family, I was very pleasantly surprised by not only the quality of the property, but also the professionalism from Effective Stays in managing my reservation. They were very proactive in the communication and able to provide guidance on how to get the most from the property. The property itself (located in Chester) was in a great location and had been recently renovated to very high standard. I will definitely be staying in their properties again and will be recommending friends and family do the same.

This house was perfect for us as a group of 8. We all had our own bedroom with en-suite. The location was perfect for getting into Chester with parking just across the road. The house was spotless and the hosts were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Modern, stylish townhouse. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, plates, glasses...etc... I liked the big fridge/freezer. Lovely open kitchen/breakfast bar/dining. The outdoor space was generous - I'm sure it would be lovely in the summer if there was a table/chairs? The house is spacious and very clean. We had ten guests but could easily fit twelve if you use the sofa bed. A few things to consider: No washing liquid or antibacterial spray was provided so it would be useful to bring your own. Also, bring kitchen roll and tea towels. The shower rooms all had light sensors but they lights didn't turn off for about 20/30 mins. Bring a sleep mask if this light might bother you! Other than that, an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely re-book.

AirBnB location was fantastic, minute from train station, opposite a car park and 10-15min walk to city centre. House was clean, today, well stocked and provided a great stay for 10 people. Toms communication through Airbnb was fantastic and timely
