Charlesworth’s Cleaning

On a recommendation I called Charlesworth cleaning and got a thorough review of our needs prior to any commitment. I have just come home from a deep clean and I can honestly say I have never seen the house as clean. With 2 young children and a smelly dog the house is full and busy but tonight it has been a joy to come home. From the clean doors, spindles, shining taps and streak free shower doors... we couldn't be happier. It is also such a relief to find a company that is genuine and passionate about domestic cleaning. Trusting someone in our home is always a huge consideration and the professional approach of Charlesworth has been so appreciated. Would 100% recommend.

I have become disabled recently and Jessica at Charlesworth’s Cleaning, has been a Godsend, a very pleasant young lady who is very thorough and approachable. She is always on time and gets on with the job as soon as she arrives. As soon as I met her,I knew I could trust her if I was ever on my own, and that is an important thing for elderly people who live alone. Her prices are very reasonable and she is worth every penny. I have already recommended her to a friend and wouldn’t hesitate to do the same for anyone else.

What a wonderful company. They helped us do an end of tenancy clean, and did all our bathrooms and deep clean of the kitchen. They did such a lovely job and were also super affordable! Very very grateful to have had them and would absolutely use them again!

Made several appointments for a quote for a weekly domestic clean to be given and arranged time for each of the many appointments to be either messaged at the last minute or just not even bother showing up to the meeting and I even called to find out if they were still coming to the meeting to be ignored. Totally unprofessional and not a business I would be waste my time with again. And I do have the messages to back up my review.

Amazing from start to finish. Very professional. I needed the extra help just to keep on top of day to day cleaning so Jess came and did a deep clean on 2 rooms to start with. Definitely recommend 👌🏼
