CCTV 101

An absolutely brilliant experience with this CCTV 101 and Jay. After the business I work for was broken into we wanted to get CCTV installed on the premises as quickly as possible. After making enquiries at various places I found CCTV 101 and from the moment the call was answered I knew I had found the right company. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and was excellent on the phone and spend the time advising me on what would be best. He provided me with 2 quotes as we worked out exactly what we needed. Once we had decided on specification Jay worked with us to get the equipment to us as quickly as possible. Despite only receiving the delivery of the cameras we required the very day we wanted to collect he worked with us at every step of the way to arrange collection so we can get them installed and feel secure at our premises again. I went here with my dad to get a new dvr system to replace our old one. The customer service was fantastic. The employee or owner walked us through every step of the way, such as setting it up on our phones to installing the hard drive for us and checking the settings were all correct. they could not have been any more helpful or friendly.highly recommended to anyone.

I purchased a recorder and three cameras 3 years ago from CCTV101 and a forth a few months later. The three cameras have worked perfectly over this time, and I wanted to fit the forth but I could not get it to work so I returned to the shop for help. Jay updated my recorder and settings and answered all my questions with patience and explained everything to me with his vast expert knowledge and nothing was to much trouble . Picture quality on my monitor and phone is notably improved with the settings that Jay made so the trip from Coventry to Birmingham was well worth the time.
