AJ from Castles Maintenance Ltd Admin really helped me out with an emergency call out within 2hours on a weekend! He also helped me get the Window company to come within the next couple of days and job was perfect and im really happy with it i would always recommend him, great customer service aswell.

Highly recommended based on my experience. Emergency boiler advice from Elliott. Fixed over video call. He responded quickly and checked in via whatsapp later that eve and the next morning.

I have a small flat in Fitrovia where space is very tight and so replacing the boiler meant moving furniture around. Also inspection panels had to be cut, so potentially very messy. All I can say is that the flat was left spotless. The guys who carried out the job were good company and very efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Castles. .
