Carpet Master of Stirling

I can not rave about this company more from the first interaction with the team when I visited the store until Friday when the guys came and fitted my new carpets they have been amazing. They offered advice and help from start to finish and the fitters were friendly and so efficient. If you are looking for carpets or vinyl please dont miss this company!!

Great service from start to finish. With advice, how and when delivery and fitting was being done. Fitter was excellent quickly done very professional. He gave advice on care for flooring. I would definetly, highly recommend it to others.

Once again after recently fitting our home with beautiful carpeting I called on Carpet Master of Stirling to complete my home upgrade with vinyl flooring for the kitchen. June was a great help with colour choices and patterns, fixed an early date for fitting, and ensured things went smoothly from Choice to fitting. The fitters are a great team, arrived well in time, fitted vinyl in double quick time, all with a smile and willingness to please. Kitchen was left spotless, and old vinyl removed. 5* service, highly recommend.

Had some work done at home which meant lifting carpets and they needed refitting. Called and spoke to June (apologies if I picked up name wrong) who apologised and said they had no availability....she called me back two minutes later to ask how big job was etc and could send someone next day. Dean has been today, all carpets good as new, nice pleasant lad. Very happy with the service provided and will definitely use them if purchasing in the future. Thank you.

We recently contacted Carpet Master of Stirling after being let down by two other suppliers of Unnatural Flooring which we particularly wanted. From our very initial call, the customer service was excellent. Everything happened promptly and smoothly. The fitters were skilled, clean and courteous. We were delighted with our flooring. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.
