BTM Cleaning Services

The staff that come and clean our house have always done a wonderful job and have been very friendly! However whoever is managing them has a lot to answer for. Several times appointments have been made, they've then been changed last minute or I've received 3 different times for them to arrive. On more than one occasion no one has arrived. Invoices have been sent and chased up even though the job hasn't been attempted and being promised someone would call me back and didn't. The organisation within the company is appalling. Couldn't organise a p*** up in a brewery comes to mind.

Booked an appointment for a Gutter Clean. Arrived promptly and were extremely professional and friendly. Quality of service was excellent. 100% would recommend and will use again.

Very professional service. Went above and beyond for us. Friendly staff and very high standard of cleaning. Will be using this service once month. Very happy.

Good customer service and good cleaning service. Got my full deposit back after these guys sorted out the war zone that was my old flat.

Did a great job cleaning my Mum's house
