Complete Cleaning Contracts Edinburgh Office Cleaners

To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to provide this reference for CCC Cleaning Services (CCC) and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services. CCC provides a first-rate cleaning service, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism, reliability and commitment. Their exemplary speed of action, coupled with consistently good response and turnaround times to requests, queries and questions, has made them a highly valued service provider. We made the decision to move our cleaning contract to CCC because we were dissatisfied with the way a long-serving, hardworking and highly valued operative had been treated by the previous incumbent. This was an important consideration for us, as we wanted to work with an organisation that recognised the importance of treating its people with dignity, fairness and respect. From the outset, CCC distinguished themselves in this regard. Upon taking over the contract, CCC acted with fairness, integrity and compassion, placing genuine importance on the welfare and wellbeing of the operative concerned. Their approach demonstrated that they were not only focused on delivering a quality service, but also on valuing and supporting the people responsible for delivering it. CCC has subsequently raised the bar both in terms of service delivery and the overall standard of professionalism. They have proven themselves responsive, proactive and dependable, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. In summary, CCC has consistently delivered a first-rate service, responded promptly and effectively to our needs, and demonstrated exemplary standards in both operational performance and the treatment of their staff. I would not hesitate to recommend CCC Cleaning Services to any organisation seeking a professional, responsive and values-driven cleaning contractor. Yours faithfully, Robert Shuster Facilities Manager Amnesty International UK

At Genius Foods we have used Complete Cleaning Contracts for 10 years and they are excellent and the best Cleaning Company I have ever employed. I have never hesitated to recommend them. It is a testimony to how good the company is that Stephen keeps his staff for many, many years. We have had our current cleaner for many years - he feels like one of our staff now - he is brilliant. If you want reliability, honesty, thorough cleaning - look no further.

We have been using CCC for a few months now and are very happy with it. Our cleaner Mateusz is fantastic - he leaves everything tidy and clean and caters for any last minute changes. As a business it is also reassuring knowing that it is always the same person that comes to our building every time. We have needed a few modifications in our schedule and requirements since we started and CCC has made sure to adapt without any problems, which is hugely appreciated. It is also great to know that the company pays a good Living wage to their employees. Overall very satisfied with their services and adaptability!

Our company, Cathcart Technology has been using Complete Cleaning Contracts for a few years now. We are very happy and satisfied with the work they do. They are super responsive and flexible including same day phone calls to discuss any concerns and last minute cleaning requests being sorted within 24 hours. We had a big stain on our office carpet that appeared and I was worried we'd need to get it professionally cleaned and pay extra, but it was all sorted by the next day with no issue at all. Special thank you to Billy for sorting it for us!
