Browning Property Maintenance

We appointed Browicks to build a second floor extension, re configure some rooms internally, build a walk in wardrobe and replace all our internal doors. A reasonably big job which involved a number of different trades and needed effective project management. We were immensely impressed with how Browicks approached the project, from quote stage through to delivery and after care. They worked extremely hard through freezing temperatures (the project started the first week of Jan!) and were very flexible around our lives and schedules. Throughout they were respectful of our home ensuring that we could remain living in our home with limited disruption. The specialist tradesman they sub-contracted represented them very well and had a similar work ethic and friendliness to Simon, Adrian and Thomas. They communicated progress and changes in schedule very well, explaining why/how things needed to be done. What really impressed us, however, was their attention to detail. We had planned our build and desired outcome well, but there were areas we hadn’t considered or even realised we needed - such as a solider course over the windows and tiered brickwork on the extension to ensure we matched in with our neighbours. The project was ultimately managed very well, with all parts completed with care, quality and within budget (there were no surprises). The extension is seamless and you’d think it was always there. We loved having them work on our house and would strongly recommend them to others. They even tolerated our stupid dog (who still misses them 😃)

We used Browicks for a room split, a surprise baby meant we needed more room, Simon and Adrian were quick to come to quote and quick to book us in, nothing was too much trouble, we found them to be very hard workers and very friendly too. Any questions we had they were responsive and they were beyond trust worthy to leave in our home, they always left our house tidy too despite the messy work we would use them and recommend them in a heartbeat, it’s great to choose a company that can find a variety of tradesman that they organize for you to take the stress away! They even did what they could to get done quicker which we really appreciate. Thank you to the whole team for making our house work for us, the work was perfect and they were all lovely too!

This is the second time we have used Simon for home improvements the first time was last year for fitted bespoke wardrobes in both bedrooms and fitting of coving and last week he came with Adrian and did a whole bathroom refit and upgrade to downstairs sink . We are over the moon with our new bathroom, the standard of workmanship is excellent from Simon and Adrian they work extremely hard and nothing is ever to much trouble. Very tidy working in the small Space that we have. We cannot recommend Brownings Property Maintenance enough and we WILL use the services again for future projects. Thank you Simon and Adrian.

Guys came out at a time which suited us on a late afternoon and carried out a pipe repair excellently. Nice guys, respectful of property, excellent repair, great price. Highly recommended.

Our heating recently stopped working, and we called Browicks off of a recommendation. After speaking with Simon, Richard managed to fit us in on the next working day. He quickly established what the issue was (a valve something or other!) and came back soon after with the part and fitted it. All fixed and warm once more! Not all heroes wear capes. He was a really lovely chap and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
