Never used an agency prior to this but with the job market being increasingly difficult I thought I'd give it a go and apply. The whole onboarding process was very smooth and done with a week. The online forms were long but fairly easy to complete and Karen was very responsive to help me through the process. Karl was also very attentive to chase up queries I had about the job.
