Bright Security Solutions

Our house alarm suddenly went off, even though it wasn’t set. Johnny came to rectify the fault and to reset the system. Great communication, clearly explaining the fault. Very reasonable call out charge. I would definitely recommend this company.

Johnny carried out a service on our 18 year old alarm system which has been switched off for some years. Checked everything was still working correctly and replaced the backup battery. He explained everything clearly, was punctual and charged a reasonable price.

Johnny installed my wireless alarm. He did an excellent job. Very clear instructions were given about the system and it’s simple to use. He was a delight to deal with - really nice guy. I recommend this company for great service and professionalism

After struggling with my current access control advisor I reached out to Johnny at Bright Security Solutions, and was very please I did. I found Johnny to be responsive and professional. He quickly understood our needs (adapting and re-programming an existing access control system) and submitted a competitive quote. The works were carried out as per the agreed schedule. And when we had design changes (due to our old system) Johnny proactively worked with us to resolve the situation. I can highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the work Johnny carried out. He repaired the entry phone system for our block of flats. From the beginning he was professional and sounded knowledgeable. He made himself available pretty soon, was able to diagnose the problem, got hold of the spare part and came back soon after to do the job. Overall very happy with the service.
