Excellent customer service on Tuesday morning when I was in the cosmetics department of the store. The assistant’s name was Shannon, and she went above and beyond. Friendly, and extremely helpful. Staff like this are worth their weight in gold. Thank you!

They never have my eye drops. Queued for 20 minutes today to be told brusquely “we don’t have those”, I responded by reminding them that they never have them despite my regular prescription. Another brusque response “you can go to another pharmacy”. And their notice says the don’t suffer verbal criticism !!

Popped in to Stirling store off chance of an appointment. Met with the new Manager, lovely girl . First thing I noticed was how much cleaner the shop was than 6 months ago when I was last in . Great atmosphere in the shop and a nice environment. Will certainly be back . 👓

I was in your store today and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend a visit to this store if you’re looking for new glasses or contact lenses. They were very welcoming & professional.

Hand over hearing aid for repairs on 10/2/26 usually they keep us upto date with text but hear nothing so called 13/2/26 been told they'll call back nothing till 4.30pm so called back, they haven't checked it and the women spoke to hearing care was going on about how it's out of warranty and 8 years old, if its need repair how we have to pay the fee first, now this is not first time we had this service done and we always pay when we go to collect it from stirling boots reception after we get a text saying its ready to get collect. It's been sitting there since morning of 10th and they just sending away13th to repairs it, probably if haven't call twice to check, it will still be sitting somewhere. We have dealt with boots stirling and Falkirk hearing care service over 7 years now all the staff are so nice friendly and professional but the women today (13/2/26) we talk to in stirling hearing care was very unprofessional. We are looking to get a new hearing aid but we just booked with specsaver after this experience.
