Boots

I love this boots I came in a few days ago to get some beauty products, the staff where very lovey to ask if I needed help but this one lady asked me 3 times and I had to tell her each time I was fine I didn’t need any help, it made me feel uncomfortable that she kept asking me ,I was over at the self select makeup and I could see her at the corner of my eye looking right at me, I felt very uncomfortable I’ve never seen this lady before either so I didn’t know what her problem was with me.

Was in Boots today for my usual scoop of essentials. Customer Service experience from a girl called Jodie behind the pharmacy counter was just on another level! I caught her name badge before I left because I was nearly speechless at her beautiful personality and customer care skills. EXTRAORDINARY!!! Stellar member of staff! Not just 10 out of 10 but 100% !!! Never experienced customer service like it before. Customer Service from another planet. Pharmacy staff are also very friendly and floor staff were extremely helpful too! Always delighted to shop in Boots Foyleside 😊

Self service till very slow, staff were not helping and rude

Helpful friendly staff at the Lancome stand. Had Lancome Teint Miracle No:3 in stock. You cant buy this in Dublin Airport. They just cant get it. Thats a strange One !!.

Me and my wife were in boots yesterday to get some Christmas gifts we served by a beautiful girl called Bronagh my wife forgot her boots coupons and Bronagh went out of her way and down loaded the boots app and got are coupons for us she was also very helpful and patience helping my wife picking aftershaves and perfumes a credit to boots staff. Thanks again Bronagh
