Really unhappy with the customer service in this store, I've had a really bad break out in hives today and my husband went in to find me some E45 cream, asked a lady who worked there where it was and her attitude was wholly unhelpful. She spoke in a belittling tone to someone who was clearly uncomfortable asking for assistance in the first place, and as a store assistant for your company, I would hope they would be understanding and more accommodating as if someone is asking where something is, they probably haven't been able to find it themselves and could do with some help, not be met with condescension or dismissed. Staff attitude has been a consistent issue across multiple of your stores and staff members and I fear this is a symptom of a wholly unsuitable attitude within a patron led experience.

I bought a voucher here but couldn't use it. When I went back twice to ask about it, the staff simply said that since the sale had already been made, they had no obligation to help—even though I had the receipt. They shirked all responsibility; once the sale was closed and the money collected, they acted as if the matter was over. I am extremely disappointed.

I was served today by a very nice lady in the till named Cathrin.She is always a cheerful and very helpful lady. Always in a nice mood when dealing with costumers. I highly commend her good performance.

Encountered a very rude and condescending member of staff in Pharmacy section. Gave me a lecture on privileges when I asked why I couldn’t use advantage points. I am in my 50’s and she scolded me as if I was a naughty child and accused me of fraud. I’ve never encountered such a disrespectful shop assistant before and all within hearing of other customers. Disgusting behaviour.

There’s definitely a way to explain certain things politely, isn’t there? I guess this is the only pharmacy in Bangor, so it’s frustrating feeling stuck with it. Also, the packaging of many products had been opened, forcing me to leave behind items I actually wanted to buy.
