Bob's Locks

Big thanks to Paul, great job engraving my glass tumbler. Quick service and a good price. The team at AL Security were a happy bunch of folk. Xxx

Called Friday and spoke with Paul to arrange day and time for new back door lock. He checked diary and called me back as promised about 5 mins later. Got sorted for the Monday to suit a time for me as I was busy all weekend. Well mannered young man Mark came at the time specified on Monday morning, gave me the cost before going ahead with the job. He had my new lock fitted in really good time. So I can actually open and lock my back door with no problems now. Thank you so much AL Security and ps, you've got a great employee in Mark, what a lovely guy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jamie is a superstar, he came out to repair my parents front door that was not locking - he assessed the job and had it fixed within a couple of minutes. We can’t recommend AL Security highly enough for their amazing customer service. Thank you for visiting on the same day and carrying out a first class repair. We will keep your phone number handy, just in case. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm really happy with the service from this company. They were very generous with their help to me. I'll definitely use them again.

Lost our one and only window key. Been everywhere searching. Ended up here and Paul patiently looked through over 100 keys and thought one might be correct, although it seemed right it didn't unlock the lock. Paul did a magic trick with his machine, tweaked the key and it worked! After 5 years of searching! Magic ✨
