Ye hello so I got a drink this morning for £1.60 and I gave the cashier £1.55 because I droppped a 5p so I gave her a 20p instead and I was waiting for change but I did not get any I know it’s not a lot but still annoyed about that and I hope she gets a sanction or something because my mate also had the same interaction happen

Staff are so helpful and polite Charlie especially he helped us with our recling chairs to the car my Husband couldn't carry them too heavy. Well done Charlie and Thankyou once again.

Went shopping here on Friday with my 18 month old Grandson. Great home & gifts store. On returning to my vehicle I was unable to start the car and in a bit of a predicament as the car park doesn't allow overnight parking & there was a £100 penalty fee. The Manager, Debbie Horton, was so helpful & asked one of her staff to look at the car for me. I needed to call out a recovery company and it was not possible to move the car until the next day. Debbie emailed the car parking company and explained my situation and requested that a ticket not be issued. First class customer service that made a stressful situation a little less so!
