Blue i Properties

I see there's a lot of comments here about Blue I cherry picking people's deposits and I can 100% relate. I was going to give these guys a good review but unfortunately I can't because they've taken over £300 off our deposit despite the fact myself and my housemate took days off work to clean the house to make sure it was all good for the next tenants. They clearly don't mind how expensive the cleaners are because it's your money being spent. As someone whose worked in the cleaning industry (and has close connections that own cleaning companies) I can confidently say they're being ripped off which means it's YOUR money that's being thrown down the drain. They have rented a property on our street, it’s been a nightmare since. From the tenants fly tipping on the public road, using our bins without consent (captured on Cctv) and noise levels, drilling through walls even though it’s a rented property they have no clue on what the tenants are up to. We have tried to call the emergency numbers to get things sorted, including the mess left outside the house which has been thrown around and ended up next to our door which with a toddler is unacceptable. They have some how also claimed two bins, to which the property is not a HMO so again this is not acceptable. Even with the two spaces they’ve emptied their mess into our brown bin expecting nothing to be said. Since taking over a lady who was in charge of the rental was consistently undermining towards the ex tenants, with her witty and inappropriate comments. We thought nothing of this, but now we’re aware it’s a company to avoid. We have reported the mess to the council and expect a solution. Sort it out Blue-I!

Absolutely sweet people, completely transparent and honest with us. Amazing when it comes to talking about repairs. The new owners are so fantastic and friendly 10/10

I cannot praise Blue i enough for the brilliant service and amazing care I have received over the last year. They were always eager to offer quick solutions to general wear-and-tear of the property, and have a great network of contractors that are able to fix the tiniest of issues with short notice (I never waited more than a week for someone to pop round!). From getting our keys all the way to handing them back in, every member of staff both I and my family have spoken to has been nothing but accommodating, caring, and incredibly understanding of the situation I found myself in - and they have always responded incredibly fast. They have been absolute stars in the past two months, after personal reasons meant I was no longer able to keep up my end of the tenancy renewal and therefore pulled out. Diane and her Husband (So sorry, I don't know his name!), who run Blue i have seemingly stopped at nothing to get viewings booked in and secure new tenants to take over. They obviously care deeply about what they do, and it shows in both their outstanding customer service and the maintenance of the beautiful properties they manage - By far the best letting agents I have dealt with during my time in Derby, and I wish them all nothing but the absolute best in the future! I have been with Blue I Properties for one year, and the service has been outstanding! Diane and her team are the most lovely people to deal with—always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made everything smooth and stress-free. I've recommended Blue I Properties to several students and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!
