Lavish Construction Solutions Ltd

Arrived at my address early, very approachable, well mannered, and friendly, which to be honest you don’t see that often in today’s climate. The builder and his apprentice talked me through what was going to be done to rebuild my wall after it was knocked down by a Morrisons Delivery vehicle. They cleaned up after them every day, washed where they had been working even though they had put down a couple of plastic sheets. This shows great customer service by them both. I can’t say enough about them both, absolutely brilliant. The wall looks great, really pleased the way it turned out. 10/10. I will keep them in mind for future building work.

A first class service from Lavish Construction. We needed a large-scale renovation to the property to make it more wheelchair-friendly, including a bathroom to wet room conversion, removal of a supporting wall between the living room and kitchen and patio doors and ramp installation. Throughout the entire process Ian and his team were superb - whilst some of the work was not straightforward, nothing phased the team, who did a fantastic job, as you can see from the pictures. All of the team were a great group of people to work with to. As the work progressed they kept me informed of what was needed and how long it will take. The quality of finish is also first class - the wet room has a professional finish, and the flooring and plastering in the living room has given the house a new lease of life. The patio doors and ramp now mean access is easier to the garden too. In summary, if I need any other construction or renovation work needed, I would look no further than Lavish, as I don't think there would be anyone else who could rival their professionalism and quality of work, and I cannot thank them enough.

I needed someone to remove my old kitchen and put in a new one, I found lavish construction group on bark and email Ian. He got back to me with a day or two to arrange a consultation and to discuss ideas. Ian and all his guys were very professional and straightforward, talked me through every step and made sure I was aware of any changes or unforseen issues and agreed a solution. Very helpful before and after work was completed to a very good standard. Definitely recommend using them on any project. All electrical, plumbing, building, damp proofing work all done by lavish so made it simple to organise and was completed very quickly. I have recommended them to multiple work colleagues for work they required and very happy with the end result as could be seen in the photos from start to finish.
