Black Diamond Security

So I must say I am impressed with this company. I called from L.A looking for a last minute body bodyguard for a client doing an event in Detroit the next morning . I left a voicemail and they called back. They offered two armed guards for a GREAT price! After the event my client called and said they did great and they felt super safe with these gentleman. They were polite and professional and we definitely are saving their contact for any future event there! Thanks guys!

Fair amount of discount is given on almost every consumer goods purchased. Now, if u compare More Supermarket with Smart Point or Spencer's, then ofcourse the no. Of items/overall disc. received at the counter is comparatively less.

As a business manager I won’t prefer this at all as I found one of their guard sleeping on site, reported it to their senior management they didn’t bother about it and still sent the same guard. Overall very poor customer service.

Company is not bad but the. But 99% they use agency guards

Very professional company and excellent customer service
