Clearabee London. As is the norm now our regular bin collection is every two weeks I had amount of household and recycling waste I wanted to clear and not have it stored for 2 weeks. I booked a same day collection direct through their website. They kept me up to date with tracking and gave me a heads up around 30 mins before arriving. They were quick, efficient, friendly and excellent value for money. Definitely recommend them. 👍🏼

There’s a reason they don’t make their phone number easily available. It would seem, maybe unless you’re local to them, they sub contact to the work to a company local to you then add on a fee. If things go wrong they distance themselves completely from the issue. Save yourself money and go direct to a firm local to you that will undoubtedly be more reliable and definitely cheaper than these guys.

Avoid at any cost. Terrible service. We sent a video of the rubbish we wanted disposing of and they suggested to do 6 yard pick up to get rid off all the rubbish provided in the video. The driver came took a look and said no problem. He took 3 carpet rolls a few bags from the back and a door from the front. He left without informing and left the front and back door open. We had a 3 year old in the house and we only realised that he had left when the 3 year old was by the door.He could have easily ran out injuring himself.We have informed them we have cctv footage and that 6 yards worth of goods where not taken however they are denying.The last picture is of how the back garden was before they came.

The team did a great job removing my sofa. They arrived as scheduled and were professional and efficient. Booking the pick-up was really straightforward. Thanks so much!

Clearabee Edinburgh. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely useless. I booked them through Sterling Furniture. They were unable to take one of the sofas downstairs as they said it was too large so asked if they could borrow a kitchen knife !! That should have been my first warning sign. They proceeded to use the knife to strip down the sofa so by the time they were finished it was totally 'mutilated' - foam & padding all over the place & they took the mess away in handfuls of wood, foam & padding. That wasn't the worst, after they left I noticed that they had badly scratched the door. I contacted them and at first they asked for photos, which I did send but have since heard nothing from them - I have sent several other emails but they have chosen to ignore any messages. The phone number shown online, does not exist! Considering the damage done by Clearabee, this has been an expensive experience as their uplift charges are not cheap. This also looks bad for Sterling as they recommend them on their website. Please do not use this company.
