Lovely job of cleaning the gutters soffits and showing us pictures of the clean gutter that was vaccumed of rubish. Efficient, reliable and very approachable guy

Excellent service from Nikolai. Arrived promptly and made a great job of the gutters. Nice touch to have before and after pictures. Would definitely recommend and will be contacting them again next year.

Terrible experience with this company. Explained that it was an emergency due to a few leaks blocking the gutters. The person on the call (phoned on a Monday) assured me that they will come on Friday, which was a bit late but due to the reviews, I thought ok. Then took the payment straight away again I thought ok, that's fine. Come Thursday, driver's van broken so they cancelled and re-booked for Sunday. Come Sunday another childrens school excuses, driver's phone not working so he can't make it, Lol. That's a new one. Then they re-booked for Monday, come Monday I had enough of this pathetic company and requested a refund. Which they told me over the phone that they can book it for following Friday. Never, will I make a payment before hand, as companies like make you lose trust in actual hardworking trustworthy companies. Called another person and they came sorted it the next day for less price quoted from these clowns. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, stressful experience! Would give zero star if it was possible!

I booked this company for gutter cleaning and the removal of a downpipe. During the booking process, I specifically asked whether the downpipe could be removed, and I was informed over the phone that the technician would be able to assess and potentially carry out the work when they arrived. However, upon arrival, the technician advised that they only provide gutter cleaning services and do not offer downpipe removal at all. Had I been given this information at the time of booking, I would not have proceeded with the appointment. To be clear, the technician was punctual, polite, and professional, and I have no complaints regarding their conduct. My issue is with the inaccurate information provided during the booking process. After contacting the company afterwards, I was told that downpipe removal is not a service they offer and that they were unsure why I had been advised otherwise. This was very misleading and resulted in me booking a service that did not meet my requirements. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite acknowledging that incorrect information had been provided, no compensation, goodwill gesture, or other attempt to resolve the issue was offered. Overall, the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with accurate communication from the offset.
