Belvoir Sales and Lettings

I’d really recommend Belvoir. They’ve been wonderful estate agents. Michael and the rest of the team have been very efficient at letting and managing our property. Great communication and always responsive to emails / phone calls etc. They have given good advice and we also recently completed a sale with them which again was handled in a very efficient and professional manner . I’d definitely use them again.

I had an outstanding experience working with Michael at Belvoir Lisburn. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a proactive approach that immediately set him apart from other estate agents in Lisburn. He consistently stayed ahead of the process, ensuring the rental process moved smoothly and efficiently without ever needing to be chased. Michael’s professionalism is second to none. He communicates clearly, follows through on every commitment, and handles each stage with confidence and expertise. What truly makes him exceptional, however, is his genuine demeanour. He is approachable, honest, and clearly invested in achieving the best outcome, which makes the entire experience feel both reassuring and stress free. His knowledge of the market and ability to provide expert advice was invaluable. He explained everything in a straightforward way, making complex aspects easy to understand. Throughout the process, he was incredibly easy to deal with responsive, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belvoir to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed estate agency. A truly first-class service from start to finish.

Buying our home was a dream come true and Belvoir made the process much smoother. From start to finish Michael McGrath was friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. His guidance and support throughout made a real difference and we are very grateful to him and his team for helping us achieve our goal.

Five star service from Stefan and Michael. Helpful, Fri and professional from start to finish, totally recommend Belvoir 🌟

This is a top notch real estate agency in my old home town, Lisburn. I live in the U.S.A. and coordinated the sale of my mother's house through this agency. Stefan and Michael were the two main contacts and I was always able to contact them. Always good follow up and good communications which was very important to me. They found a buyer for the house and just finalized the sale today. These guys are top notch professionals in my book and I recommend them with all 5s in every aspect of the process from beginning to end. You will not be disappointed with their success for you.
