Ace Drains Ltd

I don’t normally post such negative reviews however I was so shocked at the rudeness today when I rang yet again - upon a quick scan I can see that this is a common theme over the years! They don’t reply to emails for weeks and then told me I was ‘holding him up’ on the phone when I rang to enquire. Appalling customer service- would not recommend unless you are willing to constantly chase updates!

The boys did really good job today thanks so much the best

Did a great job unblocking a toilet back in September 2023. At that time they took pictures whilst on site, & they were to provide an estimate for dealing with an overflowing drain and blocked down pipes. Nothing urgent, but a problem that needed sorted. Roll on to May 2024 and a follow -up call on a Friday to get the estimate from them. I was told that someone would contact me on Monday to arrange a site visit, even though they had the photographs from their last visit. Nothing heard from them on Monday, so I rang them on Tuesday to see what was happening, only to be informed that "the manager says that we don't do that type of job anymore"! I guess that I'll not be left hanging about waiting fir Ace Drains ever again!! Customer service and communication nil. One star for your last job.

Called at 9 and girl on phone very pleasant. They were at house within 1 hour and the guy that came out called Geard I think , was the most helpful guy with great knowledge and friendly banter. What ever you are paying him yous need to increase it as he adds massive value to your company. Highly recommend this company.

I called them and they responded by sending an engineer within 10 minutes of the call. The engineer was professional and quick. He fixed the blockage within 15 minutes while being very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this business for any services.
