Black Stack Chimney Sweep

Thank you John, for servicing our Multi stove which was long overdue needing maintenance. You done a great job and we can see the benefits already. Very professionally done. And you also fitted a new chimney cowl, we were not aware our existing one was not efficient. Could recommend you to anyone. Reliable skilled Professional !

I booked Black Stack Chimney Sweep and the whole experience felt very well handled. Arranging the visit was simple, and everything was confirmed without any back-and-forth. On the day the work was carried out neatly and without disruption. What I liked most was how clearly everything was explained making it easy to understand what was done and why. It felt like a careful and properly managed job rather than just a routine visit. Overall a clean efficient service that I’d be happy to use again.

John responded very quickly to my request to clean my boiler flue and the chimney that it entered. Was on site at agreed time and carried out his task in a very efficient and effective matter. Very nice guy and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others

John arrived at our home today at the promised time, I had an open fire and stove that required cleaning. Excellent job carried out with no mess whatsoever, I had contacted a company before getting in touch with Black Stack (John); and to be totally truthful had no interest in helping at all, John was attentive and eager to help us out. We certainly hope he can make the journey back next year as we were a little out of his area!

100% recommend John for open fire chimney sweep. Punctual, efficient, clean job and friendly guy. Amazing job done and very reasonable. Thanks again.
