Barrowcliffe Property Maintenance (BPM Scotland)

Fantastic experience with BPM! They did an amazing job painting both our house and the garden areas. The team were friendly, efficient, and left everything spotless. The quality of the paint and repair work is top-tier, and it has completely transformed our home and outdoor space. Highly recommended! Thank you to the whole BPM team for all your hard work from start to finish! 🌟

We’ve just had our exterior walls renovated by Barrowcliffe Property Maintenance (BPM Scotland) and from beginning to end we had an extremely good experience of them. They are a family run business who take great pride in their work and focus on customer satisfaction. There was no high pressure, pushy sales pitch but rather a warm, but professional, analysis of what we wanted, what we needed, and how they could provide it. Possibly not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive, so price competitive. Once the work started, the team on the ground took care to cover and protect surroundings and were absolutely meticulous in their workmanship. Nothing was too much effort and clearly achieving not just happy, but very happy customers was their priority. They were very respectful of us and our home, clearing away at the end of each day and doing a final clean up on the last day. We are delighted with the finished job and so pleased that we chose BPM to do it. It goes without saying that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that. A big thanks again to William and his team.

We knew we wanted to revamp our little 1915 cottage when we purchased it, and changing the look of the outside was an absolute must. It looked tired and dated, but we knew it had so much potential. That’s when we contacted BPM Property Maintenance to give our cottage the facelift it deserved — and they absolutely delivered. The cottage now looks stunning, keeping all of its original character and features while adding a beautiful modern twist. From the very first point of contact, discussing our ideas and vision, right through to the finished result, the team put their heart and soul into the project and worked incredibly hard throughout. William talked us through every stage of the work, kept us updated, and the team left everything spotless — absolutely no mess at all. The whole team are a real credit to BPM Property Maintenance and we couldn’t be happier with the transformation. We would highly recommend BPM to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cares about the end result. When booking you a small deposit and the remainder once your job is complete and your satisfied 😊 Thank you BPM Property Maintenance Paul & Lisa White

We completely recommend BPM! They turned our tired looking house into a bright, clean and welcoming home. Our family and friends are amazed by the transformation! From start to finish BPM were fantastic to work with. The BPM employees worked extremely hard every day and made sure that they left the area tidy. We knew painting our house would give it a ‘lift’, but the quality of finish has surpassed what we hoped for. Thank you BPM team!

What an amazing job! My house looks brand new. Can’t fault the quality of work or attention to detail. Met 6 members of the team, all of them were lovely - polite, friendly, hard working and keen to do whatever it took to exceed expectations. Always turned up when they said they would, checked every small detail and always made time to chat. Absolutely delighted I chose BPM - I’m already recommending them to family, friends and neighbours.
