Extremely disappointing – damaged wedding dress, no responsibility I brought my wedding dress to this dry cleaner on 8 May 2025. After the first clean, the dress was returned with visible stains still present and loose buttons. I made it very clear that I did not give permission for the dress to be cleaned again, as I was concerned about further damage. Despite this, they cleaned it again without my consent. After the second cleaning, the dress came back with new stains and the corset was damaged, with loose threads and a compromised fit. I was told someone would contact me about my concerns, but no one ever followed up. The dress was in their possession for over a month, and because of this delay and its condition, I lost the opportunity to sell it to a serious buyer. When I submitted a complaint, I received a dismissive and threatening email rather than a resolution. This was a special, valuable item, and the way it was handled was unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone—especially if you’re trusting them with something important.

Really lovely staff, however one issue. They were able to launder our clothes quickly overnight. But when we got them back, they smelled very sour, like bad water, smelly feet, mildew. So now we have to wash them again. Yes, staff was kind, but ended up being a waste of money.

Repairs done to x2 merino wool sweaters (stitching and patching up required), and repair to my leather jacket pockets (stitching and patching too). All repairs done perfectly and at a very reasonable price. Garments now givent a new lease of life and will continue to be worn for years to come. Timely, attentive, and very friendly service.
