Swept Away chimney sweep Bath

This was the first time of having our log burner swept. Im so glad I read the reviews and decided to have Swept Away. Rory was very punctual and text when he was on his way. Communication is very important to me as so many services these days are very poor at it. He is very friendly and answered any questions we had. He was very respectful of our home. He did a very thorough sweep and an inspection with his camera. We really feel now we are ready and safe for winter. I would highly recommend Rory and his wealth of knowledge. His kind friendly manner was very welcome. 100% recommend. Definitely booking again next year.

Rory is reliable, friendly and sweeps the chimney without any fuss or dust! This time he did it whilst we were in the room having a meeting. We almost forgot he was there. Our old dog was very happy to keep him company.

The chimney sweep aka Swept Away did a marvellous and efficient job servicing our multi-fuel stove. He is an expert in his field and brought his in depth knowledge of stove heating systems to bear on our rather neglected installation for a. very reasonable cost. He even corrected mistakes the installers had made. Highly recommended

Great service. Needed our Aga flue done and Rory came out on the same day. He was vey efficient and had all the mod cons for the job, even a drone to see the chimney. Would highly recommend Rory.

Professional, reliable and an expert in his field. So glad I chose to go with Rory from Swept Away. Great advice given too on how to maintain and get the best from my log burner. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
