From the very first contact the team of Ryan and Mike were extremely professional and knowledgably about their industry. Ryan took the time at the quote stage to assess our requirements and was patient as I asked him lots of questions, the pricing was right (very competitive) and with being able to see the installs that Mike had carried out on TikTok helped make our decision to go ahead with them. They fitted in the install to meet my deadline and the communication between taking the order and turning up was good with both of them calling me at different times. When Mike arrived he listened to my requirements and gave me his recommendations of camera placement etc.. The install was neat and tidy and he cleaned up after himself, he also didn't mind me asking him questions as he went along and reviewing what he was doing. Mike provided the right amount of training at the end of the install and helped us load the app onto our phones/tablets. We highly recommend Alpha CCTV as we did to our neighbours who Mike popped over to and gave them a quote for a system for them.
