All Trades stepped in at very short notice to repair my windows and stonework so that the planned decoration could go ahead in time. The carpenter and stonemason were not only specialist and good at their jobs, they were very personable too and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. I really appreciate having this multi trade service from one company. .

Got gravel stones replaced at the front of the property. Very skilled team doing a quality job, good communication from the operations team, and pleased with the end result. It's a 3 star because the estimation and quote I got had less material than needed, which was discovered on the day of the job as it couldn't be completed in the first attempt, so a revised quote for additional material and labour had to be agreed in order to get to the end result we are at now. Recommendation is to make sure the quotation is done after a physical in person survey to ensure the material quoted is sufficient for the job and you avoid unexpected costs.

I was recommended All Trade Property Services as I'm trying to put my house on the market and it needed some work on the flooring. They were brilliant! The customer service was great quick response over email and phone calls. The guys who actually came and did the work were lovely and left the place looking immaculate afterwards.

I contacted All Trade to sort out some loose tiles with cracked grouting in my shower and also repair part of a lath and plaster ceiling I had removed in order to find the shower leak. Their surveyor came and he seemed very knowledgeable and even picked up on some cracked grouting that I had missed. The quotation I received seemed very reasonable, so I arranged for the job to be done. Simon, the tiler turned up as agreed and he was very helpful and conscientious, going the extra mile to ensure a good job was done. He was excellent at keeping mess to a minimum and clearing up really well afterwards. I was highly delighted with the final job. Next it was the turn of Dylan to repair the ceiling. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. Again, he tried to minimise mess and cleaned up well afterwards. He put a lot of effort into polishing the final plaster to a smooth finish. Again, I was very happy with the work done. With both jobs, I felt a high degree of professionalism was shown and an overriding desire to do a good job for the customer. I would definitely recommend All Trade.

I engaged All Trade Services to repair my bathroom downpipe which had become detached from the wall and which had been repeatedly fixed back previously but kept breaking free again. Gareth the surveyor came out for a free no obligations visit prior to quotation and assessed the job (and also some re plastering work which ultimately I decided not to proceed with) and gave me advice on other maintenance issues. I accepted the quote for the pipe work repair which involved an offset being fitted so the pipe could get fixed closer to the wall with two new brackets also fitted. Communication was generally good from the company, although when advised of a date for the work I did request a possible time window and didn’t get a response to that, but in the end the workman arrived soon after 9am and it didn’t matter. Jamie the tradesman, was very methodical, efficient and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, so overall I was very happy with the end result.
