Admiral Property Maintenance

The team at Admiral saved the day when we needed a preschool fit out done in less than 2 weeks - they were efficient and professional, and the work has been carried out to a very high standard. Would recommend.

Great service thank you. I had a small job I mostly completed but was stuck. I approached Admiral and the owner himself got in touch and helped me sort. Professional, friendly and with a desire to help I would absolutely recommend

I have used Admiral three times in the last year for a mix of projects, from carpentry, to gas work, water heating solutions, electric works and general property maintenance issues. They have always gone the extra mile, finding the solution I needed with great communication and service including compliance with regulations and advising on a full spectrum of property issues. What has been particularly appreciated is the ability to bring to bear a full suite of trades, all arranged by Admiral, to provide a complete service with fair quotes up front that match the work completed. I have returned numerous times and always been very pleased with the outcomes.

I can’t recommend Admiralty Property Services enough. They come with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and a great team to deliver on that!

In a city full of cowboy builders, it’s rare you find a property maintenance team that do a first class job. Admiral provides a full range of services. Highly recommended
