Bristol Custom Construction Ltd

Bristol Building Solutions built a single-storey extension for us, completed in early 2025, that has transformed our home. Communication was clear throughout. The team was tidy and punctual, and the finish is excellent. We would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Chris and Ade did a great job a couple of years ago when they reconfigured our kitchen and dining space. We wanted to build a summer house/office space at the back of our garden and we had absolutely no hesitation in using them again. The thing we like most about BCC is that they treat the build as if it was their own home. If something isn’t quite right, they will do it again without having to be asked. They are also really good at offering an opinion and offering suggestions based on their experiences. If there are any snags during or after the build, they will come back and rectify with no problem. A piece of coving came loose in our kitchen after about a year following our kitchen works and Chris came to fix it really promptly. It has been 2 years since our kitchen install and 3 or 4 months since our garden room completion. There is absolutely nothing we would change or do differently and that is largely down to getting sound advice from the team throughout the build. We always recommend BCC to our friends and I wouldn’t be surprised if we get the guys back to do more work for us in future!

Adrian and Chris completed an extension and knock through for us at the end of 2020. This included a single storey extension, 2 RSJ installs to form a large kitchen diner, installation of bi-fold doors, windows, plastering, heating and kitchen installation. Couldn't be happier with the result. Nothing was a problem and they also ended up solving a few other issues in the house that had nothing to do with the build. No hesitation in recommending them for anybody's building project. If only their singing skills were as good as their building skills!

We initially asked Bristol Custom Construction to do a partial conversion of our garage into a downstairs bathroom and utility room. This soon turned into a full renovation of the downstairs of our house, including knocking through our kitchen and dining room and putting in an RSJ, installing a new floor with underfloor heating and putting in pocket doors. From start to finish Ade and Chris, assisted by Jordan, were professional, approachable and helpful. They answered our endless (sometimes stupid) questions easily and didn't hesitate in offering their advice. They understood the fact we were living in a building site with two very young children and left our house as clean and as tidy as possible every day. After some previous bad experience with another builder it was refreshing having people working in our house that were considerate, friendly and respectful. We couldn't be happier with the work they have done and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. We're already planning our next project and would definitely use Bristol Custom Construction again.

We had Bristol Custom Construction do an attic conversion for us in Summer 22 and they were great. Included bathroom, new bedroom and walk in wardrobe area. Great quality work, from a knowledgeable and professional team. A great bunch of guys and we're delighted with the job the did. Would have them back and recommend onwards. Thanks Ade and Chris.
