Affordable Property Services

Such a great service! Careful, trustworthy, skilled, efficient and reasonable costs. Not only skilled craftsman, Andy has imagination and creativity too. Andy has replaced fencing with trellis, removing a large tree root too - it looks fantastic - and he worked very quickly. He's great with garden work, and has imagination to help resolve problems around the house. We have also used Andy for painting and decoration, putting up blinds, and numerous 'odd jobs'. Highly recommended.

Andy is very hard working, reliable and has a great personality. I would highly recommend him. Andy transformed my scruffy unattractive garden into a fabulous outdoor space. He initially presented me with a visual to scale proposing a circular patio with planting around the outside. I’m delighted with the end result; he has transformed the garden and given it a real focal point for outdoor dining.

Andy has been very helpful as I prepare my home for sale. He has willingly fit in with a tight schedule, cheerfully responding to my various requests and carrying them out willingly & efficiently under difficult circumstances. He has taken care to avoid unnecessary contact & follows the rules of the current pandemic. I am extremely pleased with the finished result and the affordable invoice.

Andy's skills at repairing fencing problems are outstanding. He is also a great "all round" handyman unphased by list of jobs presented. Is professional, affable and courteous offering very fair and reasonable rates and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We had an old fence with rotting Arris rails and panels which needed completely replacing. We were very happy with the quote and agreed for Andy to undertake the work. The fence supplied is of good quality and it was erected very efficiently and tidily. The new fence looks great and has made a huge difference to the look (and security) of our garden. We we will certainly be using APS again for other jobs and would highly recommend them.
