Advance Alarms

A great company recently fitted a parking barrier for us from foundation to commissioning. Fully trained to repair all types of electric gate equipment. First class job, on time and on budget. Would definately use again.

Had our electric front gates looked at. Failed to fix the problem of the gates opening and closing more than once when button was pressed. Had to come back out a few days later to repair again. A few weeks later problem came back again. Failed to recognise that the key pads were not working and so did not repair. I contacted him again and left numerous messages. He never got back to me once he was paid. Bill was extortionate at over £300. Absolutely no aftercare from this company/man once money has been paid. We have since had another company out who said that advance alarms will not respond to any messages/complaints once money paid. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

My Experience with Advance Alarms was brilliant. They have such a wide range of services available. Our New CCTV system is brilliant we can sign in from our ipad and check on the property at any time. Also our Automated gates have a long life span due to the quality of the Wrought Iron. Top Job !!!!

We received a rapid response and repair to our alarm system at a reasonable cost. The service was also friendly and covid safe.

Absolutely terrible service. I’m a landlord they sent a service engineer out to my property. I asked for a service and a problem sorting. CCTV footage shows engineer doing nothing and walking out. No service no problem solved no landlords cert do not recommend at all.
