We supply commercial vehicles to 8point8 Support Limited from Vito Crewvans to Sprinter 4x4 Vans for over three years now. The company is very much a forward thinking business that know what they want. I have met a lot of the staff and have found them to be a great bunch, that is what the company is all about. Great staff for the best job with the best equipment.

We purchased a 8 camera cctv system from these people for our business premises and it took them almost 4 months to complete the job. They turned up when they felt like it, they didn't call us before coming as I'd requested several times. They took a facia board off the front of our shop and then denied it was ever there in the first place. They'd actually misplaced it and then we found the board that they'd removed and so eventually sent someone back to fit it. They sent invoices when the job was half way through. Then 30 days after the date of that invoice when the job was still incomplete they sent us warning letters and e-mails about them being overdue. I had a conversation with one of the owners about the situation and he asked me for a part payment for the work completed to date after I'd explaining the situation. I told them they would be paid once I was satisfied with the job. I met with a technician for 30 minutes one morning to go through in detail where I wanted a camera locating only to find that he'd turned up a week later, again unannounced, and fitted it in a different place. They are an absolute joke. We did business with them because they have quite an impressive list of large companies they have as customers. That says it all really. Doing big business clearly doesn't come under the same level of scrutiny as doing business with small companies. The level of customer care is none existent.They do not give a monkeys. A very wealthy company with growth to suggest they are very good at what they do. Well, the quality of the fitting was just about the only thing they got right, as for managing the team, communicating with the customers and listening to them, being organised and addressing any concerns, you can forget it. If you're spending a lot of money on cctv, these are NOT the people to do business with. You have been warned!!

I thought it fitting to give compliments, as people are all to quick to look for the worst. 8 point 8, carried out some upgrade works on the telecommunications tower, which is on my property. in the past i have had trouble with various companies accessing my land without prior notice, and causing disruption... churning up my fields with their vans, leaving gates open, allowing livestock to escape, leaving rubbish etc.. i can honestly say that this company were a breath of fresh air. they kept me informed of all works and dates they were attending, they were polite and very tidy. they requested assistance off me for transport of materials across to the site using my plant, which i was more than happy to assist with, as it saved my land from being destroyed, they offered to compensate for my time too, which was not required. in all they were no trouble at all whilst working on my land, and would hope and insist that any future works planned by the operator on this telecoms mast, these are the only company i would allow back. It was good to speak to all their team and management from their office people arranging access, to the lads turning up and actually caring out the work. Thank you

I have completed training at 8 POINT 8 and was very please with every thing they offered. The trainers knowledge presentation and venue. for a newish company I could not as for more. I Will be using them again for further training especially as the prices and possibility of weekend training are great!

Driver parked in disabled bay and bumped up on pavement at Annandale services on 17/08/16 shortly before 5pm. Driver had curly hair, was wearing a New England Patriots NFL jersey, and sure didn't seem like he needed to use the facilities provided to help those with mobility/access problems. Oh, and he only straightened up the van when blocking two disabled bays after judgemental looks from other people...
