2020 Property Maintenance Ltd

Very efficient in communicating the handover. Also, went above and beyond to help with the contract terms.

I have used 2020pml a few times now and I have been continuously impressed with the quality of the work and value for money. The team and the engineers are very responsive and able to assist at short notice. 2020pml can assist with all works needed to a property quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price.

What for me was a big problem, they sorted easily and fast. Amazing professionals, I'll use them again 100%

Arranged a checkout cleaning service for me. Amazing work.

I have been working with 2020 Property Maintenance now for a number of years, and in terms of getting work done, they are very good at communicating and keeping things moving. I have also used them myself to carry out a bathroom refit, and overall the work was completed to a good standard. As with any building work, there can occasionally be discrepancies or things that need addressing, but what I appreciate about 2020 Property Maintenance is that they are responsive and willing to rectify any issues when they are raised. From my experience, they are reliable, communicate well and are committed to getting the job completed properly. I’m happy to continue working with them and would recommend them to others looking for a professional and responsive property maintenance company.
