1st Active Security

Spent over £1,000 on an alarm system that only sometimes works. We were told that the internet connectivity was bad, so we purchased WiFi boosters. We were then told that it's a network access issue and to "close the app and restart it again", but it still didn't work. We were then told that the panel should work even if the mobile app isn't connecting, but, when using the panel, the alarm will go off at full volume with a label saying Alarm Failed (see video). When we contacted 1st Active Security, they said that a follow up (even within only months of purchase and installation) is not part of the service and we would have to pay extra. Very disappointing.

1st Active Security, Steven & team fitted a two camera system to my carparking area they performed a neat professional job. They ensured I could access the system from my phone, tablet & laptop. Later when i changed my internet service provider Steven remotely configured my system to ensure I had full access. I highly recommend 1st Active Security.

I am very surprised these people are in business, given how dishonest, incompetent, and rude they are. They have charged me for services they never provided and called me names. It's rather incredible when you think about it. I'd stay away from this company.
