Excellent service experienced by WMHM.Ltd. They were appointed by the letting agency to carry out a repair at my home. Experienced excellent communication through the process and excellent workmanship in the repair completed. I would recommend using WMHM.Ltd.

We were having issues with our plumbing and WMHM were the property management utilised by our letting agent. While we were unhappy with the letting agent's performance, Louise at WMHM was very proactive in their communication with both us and the letting agent and really pushed for this issue to get solved. The plumber they sent out was named Cameron and he was incredibly efficient. He came in to assess the situation, went and got the necessary tools, and resolved the issue within the space of 10 minutes.

Absolutely amazing service and really reliable, the value here for the works is really good, you won't be unnecessarily overcharged for the professionals that come in and they are flexible to your requirements if you have to work. Always respond to your texts promptly. The quality of the work is brilliant, no issues as of yet. The guys carrying out the work have high standards, the job took a little longer as one of the parts he'd purchased for the job was not of a good enough standard once he'd took it out its packaging as had lots of scratches and pierce marks. The only reason I haven't given full 5 stars is because I felt I had to do the chasing in the beginning to get the work booked in, but soon as I got a date for the works booked it was fine, even got a courtesy call the day before as a reminder/ check up to see if all was fine to still go ahead. Oh and sadly they don't take card payment over the phone, and you have to set up a new payee to your bank. Ease of accessibility for people to pay over the phone would be beneficial, but not absolutely necessary, obviously.

In one word.. Fantastic. Absolutely Brilliant Company and all round help and advice. From the first point of contact when gaining a quotation right through the the end when all was solved! I was reccomended to this company by a friend and that alone spoke volumes as word of mouth is better than any advertisement, and true to there word, I was blown away with the professionalism and workmanship. Would not think to hesitate to use this company again! I’m fact, I have already reccomended to people. Thanks again! Brilliant Work!
