Wizard Cleaning Crystal Palace

Wizard Cleaning were excellent. They were able to accommodate us at short notice and arrived exactly when needed to clean the carpets throughout the property. The service was fast, efficient, and delivered outstanding results that exceeded our expectations. The team were professional, reliable, and took great care in their work. I would highly recommend Wizard Cleaning to anyone looking for a high-quality carpet cleaning service.

Serdar and his team did an excellent job. They deep cleaned the carpets and furniture in our newly moved home in Westminster, London, using industrial and commercial machines along with powerful professional solutions. The house smelled amazing afterwards, and our carpets and furniture looked almost like new. Highly recommended!

Wizard cleaning did an amazing job on our carpet. We’d had a radiator leak and I honestly thought we’d have to replace the carpet but they worked wonders. I think the fact they were so quick at coming was a factor as the grime didn’t get set in the carpet. Many thanks guys!

Second time giving these guys a chance and what a mistake it was . As other reviewers have said - everything was super rushed - in and out within 45 mins with no care to their work and certainly no attention to detail. My sofa was left half cleaned and the living room was left for me to rearrange alone . I didn’t complain at the time but then they had the cheek ask me for feedback ( under the guise of a fake trustpilot type web site ) - I gave it - and then they disputed it comparing my sofa to an old pair of jeans . Don’t trust these guys with expensive sofas - it’s not worth the stress.

A big thanks to Jon and the team at Wizard who I have called upon 3x now to help out with some of my commercial carpets cleans. The job carried out today was arranged last minute and I can honestly say all the stops were pulled out to not let my client down. Thanks to all concerned. Wizard also cleaned my hard flooring at home and did an excellent job. Great prices, reliable and definitely go the extra mile.
