Wise Security

Wise Security is a dysfunctional company that completely failed to deliver a professional service at Ascot. The entire operation appeared chaotic, disorganized, and poorly managed. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills, while many security officers seemed inadequately trained for the responsibilities they were given. The lack of communication, consistency, and professionalism created unnecessary confusion and frustration throughout the event. Rather than enhancing safety and the visitor experience, they made what should have been an enjoyable day at Ascot stressful and unpleasant. Based on my experience, this was one of the poorest security companies I have witnessed at a major event.

Professional security company working at Crystal Palace FC. Fantastic stewards in the away end.

Rude staff & incompetent workforce. Made a mess of London Marathon.

Wrongfully profiled and banned a great friend of mine from baller league and could not sort crowd issues and search people from bringing in flares. Worst security company.

Dishonourable company, I advise against any interactions with them. Personally didn't make it all the way through their misleading powerpoint before leaving. They expect you to pay an "administration charge" for the generally useless NVQ. Wise then have the audacity to say that the 2 day training course is provided "free of charge" They then expect another 2 days of unpaid work were they "assess you" and again claim it's "free of charge". So in total 4 days of unpaid work which will cost you £67 plus expenses. Their justifications make it even more comical, stating that if you were to be paid for the duration of the training, the course would then cost £400 which after some research, I found to be a lie. So all in all, don't waste your time and money bothering with these guys.
