Wickes Wrexham

Instore amazing help and support. But once you recieve the goods even if delayed your on your own. Took delivery of kitchen. fitter booked then recieved an email 2 days before delivery splash backs would be a month delayed which is appalling. This has given me additional cost as fitter will have to return and response recieved from complaint made to wickes, they are unable to compensate for additional costs. Thanks wickes, when you spend 14k on a kitchen i would have expected a better response.

Rubbish. The website says 'start your project with a home visit' and you can book this online, choosing a time and date. However, a day or two before the agreed date, you get a call to say you need to go into the store. When you ask about this, they say 'well how do we know what you need? Funny - no other plumbers/fitters etc say that.

Went to buy bags of sharp sand, opened the bags at home it was building sand, took it back and the shop assistant tried to convince me it was sharp sand when after digging with his hand he found a 1mm piece of grit and therefore in his opinion as a long serving shop assistant it was indeed sharp sand. I have worked 40 years in construction and the shop assistant says I don't know what sharp sand is.

Good quality materials stored inside as well. There app is brilliant and makes things really efficient. I haven't used deliverie service yet but will be soon so can't comment on it.

Good experience at this store. Didn’t buy anything, but enjoyed having a nosey around. It’s slightly off putting due to the car park’s dreadful potholes however.
