Decent range of fixings, drill bits, screws and wood. Great shop for general DIY and house maintenance. Could do with a slightly more varied hand tools section

I had 3 visits in the last few days for paint samples and purchasing paint. I cannot fault the service from your Perth Branch. 5⭐️ and a huge thanks to both Donna and Kyle who were so helpful and courteous . Excellent customer service! Thank you .

Daniel Luby is our bathroom designer. He did a fantastic job and collaborated with us on the project. He's a very kind and friendly person, helpful, and you can tell he loves his job. We can't wait to see his design finished. We wholeheartedly recommend him.

Wickes have caused me a lot of problems lately. Firstly I ordered tile adhesive etc to be delivered on a specific day as I took time off specially to get the job done. The delivery comes, left at doorstep, I pop out, no tile adhesive. I call customer services and they tell me they will refund the items. Great, I’ll just break off from my job to drive a 20 mile round trip to get some adhesive-went to Screwfix. Ok so I ask for a complaint to be raised and I’m Advised I’ll be called in 72 hours… this was over a week ago. Still no call. I see the delivery guy a few days later and he tells me the items were damaged so they were left behind. Surely just swap them???I then ordered( my own fault for thinking this was a one off) some paint. Box is all smashed up, I open it, paint everywhere. Had to put the box outside and now there is leaked paint all over my drive. Thanks wickes. I called customer services, get a refund, but what about my first complaint? Oh not they can’t talk to me about that and I need to wait another 5 working days and THEN if no one has contacted me I can call them back. Literally the last time I’ll be ordering from you and I won’t be holding my breath on your fantastic customer service calling me back. Absolute jokers.
