Toolstation Perth

I really enjoy shopping at tool station because the staff are always friendly. Always happy to see you and always happy to take your money which I believe is the prime objective tool station is in the same complex as screwfix which is next door. So if you can't get something in tool station you can get it in screwfix and if you can't get it in tool station you can get it in screwfix..

Just watch the opening hours as they don’t match the website. Visited last Monday at around 4:30 to pick up an order only to find them closed despite it saying they were open till 8pm. I called to get a refund and it took them over a week to process. Overall definitely disappointing and frustrating experience thankfully there’s a more reliable Screwfix next door

Always try to use tool station rather than the competitor a hundred yards away. Staff always helpful and polite. They know their stuff too and morning is too much trouble for them

Very helpful staff. Great range too

The guys here are great, super friendly and nothing is a problem. I had two items i needed to return, one faulty and one I bought the wrong thing and they exchanged them with ease. Very grateful for that. There’s a screwfix near by but I find my local Perth branch staff are patronising, impatient and not helpful which is why I’ll choose Toolstation first. Just my experience.
