Wickes Lichfield

Great store with extremely helpful staff. Good advice on various projects, from gardens to bricklaying to patios. Generally a good stock of tools and materials available for DIY and larger projects. Next day delivery at reasonable prices (£4 per van).

Another excellent evening of beautiful meals and amazing service from friendly staff the steaks are the best I ever had make sure you visit

We like this store other than the extremely rude lady on the till. She has zero customer service skills and really isn't suited to a customer facing role. She has grey hair and glasses. Management need to step in as she is well know for this and makes the store look bad.

Very helpful staff. Got exactly what I needed at an exceptional price. Definitely the staff attitude makes the difference .

The older lady who works on checkouts with grey hair is very rude! Zero customer service skills makes you wonder why she went into the job in the first place if she doesn’t know how to communicate with people…….
