Wickes Dundee

I had planned to use Wickes from the beginning, I used their website and was able to easily put together what I wanted for my kitchen. I made an appointment on the website for a home visit. Scott Lorimer was assigned as my design consultant from my local store, Dundee, He came to my house and we discussed what I wanted however I wasn’t sure of how to design it, Scott came up with an excellent design which now it has been installed it is stunning. I did go into the store to meet my Scott to see the design and the quote for my kitchen which I was happy with. I was quickly assigned a company to take out and fully install my kitchen. The installers were fantastic, they were tidy, worked 10 hour days and great workmanship. Also Danielle from Wickes customer service kept in touch through the install. I highly recommend using Wickes in Dundee, I’m delighted with my new kitchen.

We travel all around the uk with work and always use wikes for our supplies but never left a review. I would like to say a huge thank you to Janet and Michael at the Dundee store for helping us with an extremely heavy order. From the enquiry at the front desk to checkout and loading the service was outstanding and they are both a credit to the company Wikes and should be recognised for going above and beyond beyond to assist my nan and myself in loading multiple paving slabs , sand and cement . They both deserve a promotion to keep them at the store. Thank you both 👏🏼

THANK YOU JANET!! Janet went above and beyond to help me with my roofing materials recently. Each time I go back Janet is always friendly and happy to help. She provides excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for more!

Avoid getting any form of delivery from this place. Go to a real builder merchants that value customers. Waited for a delivery Saturday the 11th april for 7 hours and there was no show. Spoke to the shop Sunday and I was told that the store manager was made aware Saturday they couldn't deliver my order. Instead of contacting me or even just a message to tell me they didn't even bother and left me waiting for a delivery that didn't show up. I had builders ready for Monday morning to build my decking and now can't deliver till Tuesday which isnt possible for me. There using a 3rd party courier service that's unreliable and pick and choose what they deliver on the day. So save your time and your money and go some place else this is a Mickey mouse merchant with there 3rd party unprofessional couriers. Unhappy, poor customer services. I'll never be back and I'll be making sure i tell as many people as possible to avoid this.

Click and collect is easy to use. Great knowing what’s in store before you set off. Prices are always very keen too. Branch staff are always very helpful and Caitlin in particular always goes above and beyond to help you out.
