Screwfix Dundee Dryburgh Ind Est

What can I say, absolute star at the branch Andrea had the patience of a saint! Had a plumbing issue and she was more than accommodating to get my issue resolved. I have been coming here for a while and I always get what’s needed; decent pricing and great staff. Shout out to Ian also, nothing too much and will see you get what you need. Brilliant attitudes in store and again a well deserved thank you!

Popped in twice recently to ask for help choosing the right product. Duty Manager (lady) and Sandy (I think) went above and beyond making sure that they had sourced the exact items that I needed, on both occasions. Such excellent service is a rarity these days and should definitely be commended. Definitely my go to store from now on.

Helpfully staff ,in buy out simple

Easy to order, either online or in store. Staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sometimes, going into shops like that, as a woman, it's possible to feel intimidated however this was not the case here. I am comfortable to go back anytime.

Purchased an item from ScrewFix for my mother who is 84. Later the next day she decided to pick up herself. After her visit, she informed me that the customer service was impeccable, above and beyond. Engaging in conversation that made her fell at ease in an unusual environment. Five stars to the Ian who served her that day. Many thanks.
