Criminal Construction. Please don't get involved with this company. They are an ongoing nightmare, they have damaged the inside and exterior of the property I live at in so many ways. The workmanship is way below average, extremley poor. They have damaged the pavement, so many things. Look at photos and evidence. The worst part is they ignore you. If you want Hell in your life choose them.

I had the pleasure of working with Westminster Building on a recent industrial project, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism throughout the entire process. I used Westminster for a large and complex conversion and they were fabulous in every way and I couldn’t have been happier with what they created; how they worked and their competitive pricing. The site manager Leaford was so professional and always kept the site tidy and ensured that all work was undertaken thoughtfully and well - very rare features these days! They always communicated well and kept me informed and I felt they ‘had my back’ to ensure that I got the job I wanted. In my experience, a lot of the jobs that don’t go as expected by the client, and the contractor then gets blamed, are actually the fault of the client because they haven’t started the job with a comprehensive specification of works (ideally produced by a chartered building surveyor) and don’t have stage valuations and payments or written contract amends. So I like to think the combination of how I was as client and the how Westminster were as main contractor meant that an excellent job was done. So I highly recommend them and would be happy to show anyone the work they did for me.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Westminster Building Company for taking on my project. I understand listed buildings come with a lot of disadvantages and unforeseen issues but the renovations had to take place. Not only did they bring the works in on budget but the estimated duration of the renovation was bang on even with the weather. Well done again guys and as you are aware, my family won’t go anywhere else for works on the estate.
