WBC Group to carry out my Level 3 Home Survey based on a recommendation from the conveyancer. They offered the most competitive price out of the three quotes I received, and I was also able to book the survey within two weeks. The completed report was ready in less than 10 working days. The report was extremely detailed and demonstrated their excellent attention to detail. Given the unusual nature of the property, I was particularly impressed that they thoroughly inspected every nook and cranny. Afterwards, I was able to speak with the surveyor who carried out the inspection, Adam Tongue, to discuss the report in detail. He took the time to explain all of the findings, answered every question I had, and addressed all of my concerns. He also clearly explained the process for investigating certain issues further. We have used WBC over the last 18 months or so. Oliver Filer was extremely helpful throughout the process. He interpreted our initial thoughts and suggestions and came up with plans which surpassed our expectations. The modern zinc clad extension is sympathetic to our 1870's cottage in terms of scale and proportions and also delivers large glazing. Oliver's suggestion to have an angled picture window has been a great success and has been complimented by visitors. WBC also prepared all of the structural calculations for the sizeable steels. We would definitely recommend WBC.
