Well Polished Domestic and Commercial cleaning

This will be my 7th year as a franchisee with Well Polished and going to meet Janine at Head Office many years ago was the best decision I made! I have been given the knowledge, resources and support to successfully run and grow my business. Running the franchise has given me a great work life balance and income potential. I throughly enjoy my job and feel supported by the team. I have and will continue to recommend Well Polished as a franchise! Here’s to many more years as a franchisee!

Back in 2016 I was looking for a way out of the 9 to 5 grind of teaching and had always had the ambition to run my own business. That is when I first came across Wellpolished as an opportunity. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made, it has given me the freedom and flexibility to work at my own pace, allowing me more time for family, friends, and pursuing other interests. The team at Wellpolished are extremely supportive and responsive; the company have maintained a 'family feel' and this culture ensures that as a franchisee I feel valued as a member of the team. I would highly recommend the franchise to anyone looking for a new challenge and a positive change to work life balance!

Having run two Well Polished Franchises for many years, my experience has been very positive. With a lot of dedication, hard work and encouragement from our Head Office, both my businesses have been very successful. Running any business isn’t easy but it’s hugely beneficial as a Franchisee, having the support of a team behind you. I am very grateful that I was given this opportunity.

I became a franchise owner 6 years ago, taking on my second franchise 2 years after this. Despite falling into this by accident! My own experience has been excellent from the outset. Training was thorough and the opportunity that is available gives you the flexibility to create a business to suit your needs and growth plans. Support throughout that time has been, having been self-employed for many years before coming to Well Polished, having the safety net of head office and the systems and processes already in place, just allow you to kick on. Would highly recommend and in fact I have!

I am a franchise owner in the South of England and have been so for nearly 10 years! My experience with Well Polished has been excellent, from the brand to the business model, and to the support we receive. I love providing this great service to our clients and supporting the local community cleaners with work. It has been a pleasure for the last 9 years and I'm sure will continue to be so.
