Ward Property Services UK Ltd

Can't recommend enough - Michael and his team did such an amazing job decorating our flat in Clapham. Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to deliver what we wanted (including coming back to refit the doors after it turned out they needed to be shaved down a bit more once the carpet was fitted). The standard of the work was excellent and was all done in the agreed time frame. Will definitely be using Ward Property Services for any future work we need!

Ward Property Services are the best contractors and I use them for all works I need at my house. They are very professional, polite and competitive. Their work is exceptional and they always tidy up after themselves and go above and beyond what I would expect. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they have all said they are excellent!

Dean and his team renovated my one bedroom flat that was in quite a state with mould and damp when they started. Dean was really easy to work with, excellent communication and the few snags we had were dealt with quickly. In what was quite a stressful situation Dean was really supportive and his team did an excellent job.

My parents had small unheated and uninsulated porch but is a flat/mainsonette so unable to insulate from the outside - Ward proposed a solution that did not work at all and they came back and gave a further solution but accepting and discounting so we did not pay twice. The workmen were very understanding of our elderly parents and very kind. This company has worked on a number of properties in our family and we would recommend them.

We have been working with Ward Property Services for almost 10 years and they are amazing to work with, all of the service team are fantastic, efficient and welcoming. Would recommend any work. you have, they are great!!
